Not necessarily. In fact, based on my experience, not likely. Because of the complexities and limitations around custom domain names and DNS, marketing software providers typically can't access (or support) most of the settings and parameters required for proper email reputation and deliverability success. 

Most built-in email services use a shared model; all customer emails are sent through a single connection from the marketing platform to a bulk email sending service. All messages are sent using the marketing platform's domain name. When used in conjunction with your own custom domain and "From" address, and if the sending platform is not configured to allow proper authentication for YOUR doomain, this causes a mismatch and prevents full alignment of the email authentication components.

As part of the Tune-Up process, we will normally need to make changes in the following systems: CRM platform, DNS provider, domain registrar, and possibly others. In many cases, you can create a secondary admin account for our temporary use, enabling you to keep your credentials private. When that's not possible, we can perform needed tasks during remote screen-sharing sessions on your computer, where you input all credentials. This should alleviate any need to provide us with your passwords. As a general rule, we are against password sharing.

This would depend entirely on timing and would be decided on an case-by-case basis. If the decision is made soon after the purcahse is made, but before the project is completer, we would be happy to consider a credit (either partial or full).

Email deliverability is already crazy complicated and unpredictable, and it continues to evolve as mailbox providers tighten things down even more and come up with new methods and standards to fight spam. We want to make sure nothing major changes for you in the short-term, including the discovery of unknown senders already using your domain (it happens more often than you think!) DMARC allows us to see ALL senders who are using your domain, but we won't see them until they actually attempt to send.  If this occurs, or issues are found after the initial fix and within the 30-60 day monitoring period, we will resolve those issues as well.
